How does it work ?

If you are a Veterinary Doctor, all you need to do is download the InnoVet mobile app, subscribe to the platform and get going with your daily practice. You can create your own schedule and publish it for the pet parents to book appointments through ConnectInnoVet app. You may view your calendar accross multiple facilities (your own practice and also other pet clinics that are part of the platform). You can consult patients online, offline, also do home visits, manage records seamlessly for continuity of care, refer to specialists and carry out multitude of activities related to your practice.

If you are a subscriber, you will be able to see all facilities you have setup through the app including clinics where you are working part time, provided the clinic is also a part of the platform.
Yes. You can view your appoints in other pet clinics if that pet clinic is also a part of the platform.
You can create your calendar only for the facilities created by you.
Yes you can cancel or reschedule your appointments anytime before the pet’s status is marked “Arrived” either by you or the pet owner himself/herself.
Yes your patients/pets can cancel or reschedule their appointments anytime before the pet’s status is marked “Arrived” either by you or the pet owner himself/herself.
Yes you can. Simply configure your charge items including registration and consulting fees to zero. This would implicitly keep the billing features inactive.
Yes they can create their own appointments after downloading the ConnectInnoVet app available in the Play Store.

InnoVet app supports upload of scanned prescription generated through speech-to-text feature.
If you configure your consulting fee to a value greater than zero, it would be visible in pet owners search results. Otherwise we’ll assume that you intend to keep your consulting fee private. The fee will be used as billable only if configured.
