In emergency situation, our vets will arrive in two hours however for routine followup, vaccination, etc. it may take longer.
There are detailed profile related information available about every vet registered in our platform (education, experience, reputation, etc.) based on which you may remain better informed about selection of your vet.
No. That information will be visible only to you and vets to whom your vet has referred through the platform.
Yes, you can do both.
Yes the App will keep complete chronology of records generated through the platform.
For availing video consultation through android phones the G-Meet app will be used underlying, so you don't need to worry. However, for IOS users, G-Meet will need to be installed separately.
Yes. The app allows multiple pet management.
Yes. We have a contact number which you can reach out to, in case of any queries.
It's not mandatory. However we have a provision for online payment as well.
