How does it work ?

As a Pet Clinic you can add multiple veterinary doctors and users in other roles like that of Paramedic, Front-Desk Assistant, Biller and Administrators. You can set up the necessary configurations to facilitate your pet clinic’s billing and access control policies. If a veterinary doctor is already in the platform, then you can import that veterinary doctor into your own pet clinic seamlessly. Our platform will also enable your doctors to practice telemedicine and generate prescriptions using our powerful speach-to-text feature. The seamless workflow of the web application will streamline your operations across multiple locations/facilities and manage medical records in the cloud for accesibility anytime and from any where. Our web app also comes with powerful dashboards for your overall business performance monitoring.

You can create your veterinary doctor’s calendar in all your pet clinics.
Yes you can cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointments anytime before the pet’s status is marked “Arrived” either by your users or the pet owner himself/herself.
Yes your patients can cancel or reschedule their appointments anytime before the patient’s status is marked “Arrived” either by your users or the pet owner himself/herself.
Yes they can create their own appointments after downloading the ConnectInnoVet app available in the Play Store.

InnoVet app supports upload of scanned prescription generated through speech-to-text feature.
If you configure your veterinary doctor’s consulting fee to a value greater than zero, it would be visible in pet owners search results. Otherwise we’ll assume that you intend to keep your veterinary doctor’s consulting fee private. The fee will be used as billable only if configured.
Yes you can. Simply configure your charge items including registration and consulting fees to zero. This would implicitly keep the billing features inactive.
